Bedford Babe Ruth Refund Policy
Effective 5/1/24
- If you notify BBRBS in writing prior to the draft or being assigned to a team, you will be refunded your registration in full, less a $20 processing fee.
- If you notify BBRBS in writing after the draft or after being assigned to a team and before the first game is played, you will be issued a 50% refund.
- If you notify BBRBS in writing after the first game, there will be no refunds.
- In the event community health concerns warrant cancellation of programs, BBRBS will refund an appropriately prorated amount up to the full amount.
- In the event that BBRBS cancels a program, league, or season, BBRBS will issue a full refund.
- Players suspended from playing time or expelled from the league will not be entitled to any refund of registration fees.
- All requests for refunds must be submitted for consideration to the BBRBS Board of Directors by email to playeragentbbrbs@gmail.com. If you have requested a refund, please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process the refund.
