Player Appreciation Day

Hello Softball and Baseball families:

Player Appreciation Day is coming up on Saturday, May 30.  This is a very fun day for all BBRBS families complete with All Star Games, Trophies for our youngest players, Food, Games and the ever popular Dunk Tank and Radar Gun!!!

All families are welcome and encouraged to come watch some of the games and partake in the festivities held at the John Glenn Middle School.  The food vendor will be there most of the day and parents and non-players can purchase lunch to enjoy with their players.  And, we have a special gift for all players that will be handed out when you pick up your lunch and ice cream ticket.

As always, events like this require parent volunteers.  We are asking parents who are not coaches to kindly help out on this day as coaches will be busy at games.  Plus, it’s a lot of fun to see all of your friends while helping out this great program.  To volunteer, please visit http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0a48aeaf2ca57-player1/ .

The schedule for games and trophies is:

10:00am - National All Star Game @ C Field
11:30am - American All Star Game @ I Field
12:30pm - T-Ball Trophy Presentation @ outside JGMS tennis courts
1:15pm - K-1 Softball Trophy Presentation @ outside JGMS tennis courts
